Hi, Assalamualaykum!
I am Rooshna. I am a wife and a mum to three sprightly little boys (alhamdulilah!). I’m a true blue homemaker and have been sharing my stories on Instagram since quite sometime now – in fact, this blog is an extension to what I share there.
Through this blog, I want to share the extraordinary lessons I learn from life everyday- as a mother of multiples, a homemaker, someone who understands what anxiety and depression feels like, as a Muslimah who is studying how beautiful Islam is and as someone who has to cook up a storm almost daily – leading me to draft my tried and tested recipes for you.
I also design written content for firms and websites, Instagram captions for influencers and have my articles published in print for tabloids.
I believe that writing brings value and knowledge to people’s lives. It’s a strong medium to express, help, emote and create awareness. We may have moved on from ink quills to touch screens, but words still make an impact, spilling a virtual trail of colorful thoughts, ideas and sometimes revolution.
Through this blog, I intend to discover my urge to document life in my own words and connect with like-minded bloggers.
Of the few things I love is sipping on chai, reading books, reflecting on personal growth, being grateful for every small and big blessing – particularly my kids, my husband, my parents and my younger sister. Alhamdulilah ❤
I am so happy to have you join me. Don’t hesitate to drop in a comment and or send a ‘Hello’.
Find me on Instagram and if you wish to collaborate or hire me for creating content for your enterprise, contact me through email.
My Refurbished Blog Site. Alhamdulilah!
I feel like I’m entering a new phase of my life. Like I’m shedding my old me and coming out as someone who has toiled, learnt and grown from years gone by. Alhamdulilah. The Ramadan that passed us by, has filled me with a renewed hope. I pressed on increasing in worship all month and …
